Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines prohibited uses of Gantta's services. By using Gantta, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1. Illegal Activities
You may NOT use Gantta for:
- Any illegal purpose or activity
- Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international laws
- Fraudulent activities or scams
- Money laundering or financial crimes
- Violating export control laws
- Facilitating illegal transactions
2. Harmful Content
You may NOT use Gantta to:
- Harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate others
- Promote hate speech, discrimination, or violence
- Share graphic, violent, or disturbing content
- Engage in sexual exploitation or harassment
- Endanger children or minors
- Promote self-harm or suicide
3. Privacy Violations
⚠️ CRITICAL: Recording Consent Requirements
- You MUST comply with local recording consent laws
- Two-Party Consent States: In states like California, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, and others, ALL participants must consent to recording
- One-Party Consent States: At least one participant (typically the recorder) must consent
- International Laws: Comply with recording laws in your jurisdiction
- Do NOT record meetings without proper consent
- Do NOT use recordings for unauthorized surveillance
- Do NOT share others' personal data without consent
- We provide consent notifications, but you are legally responsible for compliance
Violations of recording consent laws may result in immediate account termination and legal liability.
4. Intellectual Property
You may NOT:
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
- Upload pirated content or unauthorized copies
- Use copyrighted material without permission
- Violate trade secrets or confidential information
5. Security Violations
You may NOT:
- Attempt to hack, breach, or circumvent security measures
- Gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
- Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Launch DDoS attacks or disrupt service
- Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Use stolen credentials or access tokens
- Reverse engineer or decompile the service (except where legally permitted)
6. Spam and Abuse
You may NOT:
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications
- Harvest email addresses or contact information
- Automate abuse of the service
- Make excessive API calls or abuse rate limits
- Use the service to send phishing emails or scams
- Engage in any activity that degrades service performance
7. Competitive Misuse
You may NOT:
- Scrape or extract data to build competing products
- Reverse engineer the service for competitive purposes
- Conduct benchmark testing without permission
- Use the service to analyze competitors' data
8. System Integrity
You may NOT:
- Take actions that degrade service performance for other users
- Consume excessive resources (bandwidth, storage, processing)
- Circumvent usage limits or fair use policies
- Interfere with other users' access to the service
- Test vulnerabilities without authorization
9. User Responsibilities
- Monitor your account usage and activity
- Report violations or suspicious activity
- Keep access credentials secure and confidential
- Use the service in good faith and for its intended purpose
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Respect the rights of others
10. Consequences of Violations
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Warning: First offense may result in a warning and request to cease
- Suspension: Temporary suspension of account access for repeated offenses
- Termination: Immediate termination for severe violations (no refunds)
- Legal Action: We may report illegal activities to law enforcement
- Data Preservation: We may preserve data for legal investigations
- Liability: You may be held liable for damages caused by violations
We reserve the right to take any action we deem necessary to protect our service and users.
11. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, please report it immediately:

- Evidence (screenshots, links, etc.)
- Date and time of the incident
- Account information (if applicable)
We review reports within 48 hours and take appropriate action.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or service notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
